Tea is increasingly becoming a drink for the health-conscious today. Although China had a large consumption for years, tea was actually introduced to the world late in the eighteenth century. Its consumption began to spread rapidly as people become a lot intoxicated by its striking aroma and mild-tasty flavors.
Tea owes its origin to China. Tea had been used in China as an aromatic beverage for many centuries. It was from China that tea spread to other countries of the world. Today making and drinking tea is a distinct tradition and culture in many nations of the world. Today people rely on countries like India and China to buy tea of the highest quality.
As one who grew up in the South I can say that we drank tea with nearly every meal and I still drink it at least two or three times day! Where I live one of our favorite grocery stores sells it by the gallon already made and I love it. Apparently I am far from being alone since eight out of ten households in the United States keep tea in the home and drink it regularly.
